Our largest consulting project ($12,000,000.00) involved the relocation of a processor of bees wax which is used as a main ingredient by the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries, to a new 35,000 square foot facility on ten acres in Watertown, CT. We functioned as the owners project engineer beginning with a tri-state site search, spear headed negotiations with a land owner, local financial institutions, town officials, DEP,  and state agencies for loan guarantees, job grants, and construction subsidies, then followed-up with facilities planning & engineering services for the building design, processing, manufacturing and packaging systems, wrote construction bid documents & contracts, coordinated: construction; new equipment purchases; existing equipment relocation; installation and start-up.

· Building Design Services - Construction drawings, fire sprinkler, HVAC, mechanical & electrical systems. We are Professional Engineers which means that we are licensed by The State Board of Professional Engineers, to offer engineering services to the public for a fee, practice engineering, and use the title "Engineer" on business cards, letterheads, & etc. State Boards review qualifications, test applicants, and regulate the practice of Engineering.
